"Took a bit, but they got back to me"
Support did reply in the end, just took a little longer than I expected, haha. Overall, not a huge deal, but a bit slow

"fabkids.com is fairly easy to look through..."
fabkids.com is fairly easy to look through, and I’ll give them credit—the filters do make it quicker to narrow things down. That said, some pages loaded slowly for me, and I had to poke around more than I expected just to find the size details.
Checkout did work in the end, so I don’t want to make it sound worse than it was. It just felt a little clunky on my phone, and for the sake of being fair, the site is usable, but there’s definitely room to make the whole experience smoother...

"Cute stuff, but sizing can be tricky"
I’ve ordered from FabKids a few times now, the clothes are really cute. Like, really cute. My daughter loved the leggings we got, and some of them fit her perfectly, but then the tops were a different story. A couple of them seemed fine at first, but after one wash they were already too short.

The shoes didn’t really work for us either because they ran kind of narrow, so we ended up returning them. I don’t think it’s a bad site at all, I really don’t, but the sizing feels hit or miss. I just wish it was more consistent so I wasn’t guessing every single time I order...

Everything I ordered showed up exactly as expected, the sizes and colors were all right, and there weren’t any mixups. the only downside was bad timing on my end, since it arrived when I was already having a hectic week. Other than that, I’m happy with it.

"I’ve been using FabKids for a while now..."
I’ve been using FabKids for a while now, the VIP perks are helpful when I remember to check in like I’m apparently supposed to. I do like the deals, and being able to skip a month when we don’t need anything is nice. Sizes do disappear weirdly fast sometimes, because of course they do, but overall it’s saved me money on kids’ shoes, so I can’t complain too much.

"Good quality kids clothes"
I ordered a few outfits for my daughter, they were better than I expected. I had a feeling they’d be decent because the pictures and reviews looked promising, and yeah, they pretty much confirmed what I was hoping. The leggings are soft and not that thin, cheap-feeling material, and the shirts still looked good after a wash.

The sizing was close too, which was a relief. One dress was a little big, but that’s fine since she’ll grow into it anyway. For the price, I’m happy with what we got, and this definitely makes me more likely to order from them again.

"Exchange worked out, just took a little while"
I had to swap a pair of shoes for a different size, and overall it was fine, just slower than I thought it would be. The exchange process itself wasn’t confusing or anything, but I did find myself checking my email a bunch for updates, which got a little annoying. I’m already one of those people who checks tracking too often, so this did not help my habit. Customer service was nice when I reached out, though, so that made it less frustrating. Anyway, the new size showed up eventually and fits, so it all worked out. Just wouldn’t call it a super fast exchange...

"Helpful account tools, but the next steps aren’t always clear"
Setting up my account was easy, and I do like being able to see my orders and credits all in one spot. That part is convenient and makes it feel like everything is organized.

The VIP membership stuff is where it gets a little frustrating. If I forget to skip a month, I end up with credits, and then I’m not always sure what I’m supposed to do next or how the process works. It feels like the site assumes you already know the steps.

Changing or canceling things also takes more clicks than I expected, and the instructions could be a lot clearer. Customer service did help me eventually, but it was kind of slow, so overall it’s not bad, just more confusing than it needs to be.

I was kind of nervous I’d end up getting charged anyway... but skipping the month was super simple. I found the option right away, and it only took maybe a minute. No confusing steps, no hassle — and thankfully, I didn’t have to call anyone.

Fabkids has some really cute outfits, and my daughter does have fun picking things out. That said, some of the styles feel a little too grown up for her age, so I end up having to dig around more than I’d like. The quality is fine, just not anything amazing. I also got transferred around when I contacted customer service, which was annoying and didn’t help the experience. Overall, it’s okay, but I’d give it 3 stars.

"Clothes actually hold up well"
I’ve washed these a few times now, and they still look good. The fabric hasn’t gotten weird or stretched out, and even the stitching around the seams still looks neat. Happy with how they’re holding up.

I never received my order that was placed on november 17th

“Hello. I placed my order on December 1st. I hope you're not in the same boat as me. I was told I could get a refund if I didn't receive my order on December 15th (which is tomorrow). I called again today and asked. Now I'm told that I have to wait until after the 22nd to receive my refund.”

So if i sign up for the fabkids and my offer is $10 credit and sale price outfit for $14.95 it says my total is $4.95... will they also charge my card $29.95 then or is that my first months price and they start charging $29.95 the next month?

“They did it to me too! I called and they said they cancelled my membership and refunded my money but refund still hasn't gone through. I contacted the bank because I realized they probably just tried to scam me again into buying time before the bank won't do anything about it. There wasn't anything the bank could do except tell me give it more time and if it still doesn't refund then they will open a case about it. I can't believe they're getting away with this scam with so many people for so long. they need to get shut down. Who in their right mind would ever knowingly sign up for a $40 membership with them anyway.... just terrible that they do this to unsuspecting people that think they're making a regular one time purchase. Especially when it's associated with justfab which is a huge company. It's like they use justfab for the trust and fabkids to scam. Ugh.”

“Once you skip the month your not suppose to be charged but they do anyway. Keep an eye on your bank acct connected to your just fab acct. I've even had 2 payments of the 29.95 a month taken.”

Why cant i stop these $29.99 transactions from my card?!?!?!?!?

“Not true. Even when you skip the month you get charged. You just dont noticed it till later cuz they take it on a random day. I've even been charged 2 29.95 charges in a month even after I skipped and ordered! Contact your bank see if they can help your mine did”
